Natalia Vladimirovna Rodina participated in the XXXI International Scientific and Practical Conference, hosted by Kyiv International University, on the topic "Innovative Trends and Prospects for the Development of Education and Science in a Globalized Multicultural Society," held on March 26-27, 2026, in Kyiv.

Natalia Rodina's presentation was on the topic "Characteristics of Professional Identity in the Training of Future Specialists," where she highlighted the importance of developing professional identity in higher education institutions, as it directly impacts the future professional growth of specialists.

The key findings of Natalia Rodina's presentation were that individual professional development serves the goal of overall development, and professional identity determines its effectiveness. Therefore, it is crucial to develop it during professional education. This dynamic system of human qualities helps a person adapt to the profession, improve their professionalism, and expand their professional opportunities.

Natalia Rodina, as a psychologist, emphasized that a person's professional identity and development are always based on their personal development, abilities, talents, personality traits, and life goals. Therefore, a person's personality and self-awareness are always the foundation of professionalism, regardless of their choice of profession. Modern psychological research and the development of new methods and techniques in this field should help future professionals develop their professional identity even while preparing for their careers, while pursuing higher education.

As a reminder, Natalia Rodina is actively involved in scientific and pedagogical work, holds a PhD in education, is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy at the National Research Institute of Linguistics and Psychology at Kyiv International University, and is the founder of the International Center for the Development of Consciousness Capabilities at the Academy of Technological Sciences of Ukraine.
